The hotel is in a great location to reach Songdo's restaurants and offers fantastic views. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly and provides outstanding service. Complimentary internet and parking are provided.

Recently renovated exceptionally comfortable hotel with favourable location to go to the other part of Songdo where the restaurants are located. Immaculate, particularly good rooms complete with nice big desk and photocopier and the bathroom...

The staff were very helpful and willing to help. The room is excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is quite and you will not hear any external noise when you are in your room. The neighbourhood is beautiful and there are a lot of Korean and international restaurants. There is also a beautiful temple at the top of the hill just 20 minutes' walk. There is no train station close by, but a short taxi trip (about $3.5) will take you to Dongchun station where there is a small mall and a supermarket open till midnight every night.

The rooms here are spotless and come equipped with a spacious desk and printer. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the staff is always friendly and ready to help. Plus, they have convenient on-site parking available. 🌟

location so close to international restaurants, incheon for 15 years, and incheon airport. also, near many good restaurant.

Free transport service from the airport, excellent reception, and spacious rooms with a nice view. Convenient location near a bus stop for easy access to the metro station and restaurants in Songdo. Neat rooms with minimal noise.

Spa / Sauna, Good room temperature control, breakfast, sorted out a room problem very efficiently.

The beds are comfortable and my room was spacious. The room was heated well although it was cold outside. Warm water in the shower was availabe immediately. The hotel is in a quiet area. The buffet offered a good variety of continental and korean food.

Some servicepeople could not speak English propperly. The average cleanliness of the dining hall "The Grays" could be improved (esp. windows and curtains). The room did not have lights at the bed, so it was not well lit for reading in bed.

The staff were sweet and nice. The hotel was clean and friendly. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Comfy room with nice bathroom. Good breakfast with variety. Shuttle drivers were friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a nice big desk and office chair. The bathroom was really nice, with a lovely bath. We also liked that there was a fridge in the room and two complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast had a good spread and we enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in a nice local neighborhood, with lots of restaurants nearby. We appreciated the shuttle service, especially the driver who picked us up late at night and welcomed us to this city.

Interieur (eg, carpet) slightly run down. Hotel would deserve some renovation.

Bad location - nearest train station is about 15 mins by taxi! Lots of nightclubs around and drunk people. Very far from Seoul city - around 2 hours by train! hotel staffs are not nice! they give you half hearted answers! They have no idea what their hotel can offer - 50% off Spa and Sauna intro card in room yet the staffs said no Spa only Sauna. Understanding of English is limited
